Because sometimes I wish someone else had the same idea. Have you ever come across a post via google search that just states "thanks I fixed it!" without telling you how? Well here I will tell you how I fixed it.

Why, aunic, why?
com.com.au is apparently an existing domain now (and has been for a while).
That makes DNS troubleshooting that much more interesting (especially when it's 2AM and you forget the trailing dot in your dns queries)
